What are the delivery times?

Of course! At POLAIRE studio® , we take care of your order as soon as we receive it: in less than 24 to 48 working hours , it is ready to go. Then, you will need to count on approximately 8 to 10 working days for delivery to your door. Everything is orchestrated so that you can enjoy your POLAIRE studio® tights without waiting!

Oh no, I made a mistake with my order!

No worries! If you made a mistake, you have 24 hours to inform us and update the delivery address. Simply contact our customer service team, who are always ready to help you. Enjoy this peace of mind! If the 24-hour deadline is exceeded, we will unfortunately no longer be able to modify or cancel your order or change the delivery address.

Want to cancel my order?

You have every right to change your mind! Contact us quickly, as we process orders very quickly. To cancel your order, send us an email within 2 hours of your purchase (for orders placed before 6 p.m.) to contact@polare-studio.com . If more than 24 hours have passed, the cancellation can unfortunately no longer be made.

What are the reimbursement deadlines?

Once the refund process is initiated, it can take up to 14 days to process, not including your bank's processing times. We will notify you by email when your package is back with us, and again once the refund has been processed. If you paid with a gift card , we will issue you an equivalent credit.

Is the reimbursement slow to be made?

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process, not including your bank's processing time. Depending on your bank or card type, your refund may sometimes appear on the same day as the original purchase. For payments made through PayPal, it can take up to 48 hours after our confirmation email. If you still haven't received anything after 14 days , please contact us with:
